mall news! [27 Feb 2006|01:22pm]

i'm stoked.

One of our stores coming soon is Club Libby Lu. This is a very unique store that is also a club for young girls. The club gives girls a fun funky place to hang out with friends, to shop, to have a party, or to create their own fancy potion in Libby’s lab. Girls are also invited to dress up like a princess, rock star, or a drama queen in Libby’s famous style studio. Girls can even sing and dance to the latest club beat with Libby’s inspiring club counselors. At this special club every girl is treated like a VIP – very important princess. This new store is a must see for every girl.

an incident occured with a notebook atop a moving vehicle and because of this -
if anyone finds any of the following that looks like it may have come from this scenario please get back to me

-parking pass

+ class schedule. blue cross blue shield contract. clean & clear strips (actually, please don't give them back to me). void debit card. medical appointment cards. bennington card (of slight importance.) meal plan card. letter (brown envelope). phone number lists. campus map. list of addresses. condolences card. a buuunch of car estimates.

this stuff will be flying around town, stuck on fences and in trees and in the mud or the road where cars run and the like. so the chances of me gathering any or all of this=slim. basically none.

thank you!

Does anyone commute down the NYS Thruway? And if so, what the heck is that smell by the Ramapo rest area? Sometimes it's not so bad, but I swear I couldn't breathe this morning.

Did anyone see today's paper? Good to know Middletown is a prime location for a horror movie.

Who agrees with me that the high school has gone to hell? I think we should all get pneumonia and sue them for every penny they've got.

Question: does anyone exactly know what's going on at the high school construction? It's been bothering me for a bit what they're adding, rebuilding or whatever.
So, far.. I only seen them tearing up parking lots and putting up fences places, guarding the back portion of the school. Wasn't this only supposed to be for the steel wing or something?

I am curious to what is happening to the upper gym because like, they were putting windows or something in it last time I was back there. =\
I have no idea what is going on. xD

sometimes, when you start developing weird sleep patterns, you start having the strangest dreams. Last night I remember dreaming about a rock in middletown. On that road that playtogs is on, there is a bank and right behind it is a giant hill with just one freakin rock on it. It sticks out like a sore thumb. I never thought much about it as a kid but now that I am older and wiser, I know that the rock was placed there by someone. So I decided that I will move back to middletown one day and try to get a job as the person who puts rocks in random places. I'll be like batman but instead of fighting crime I will do something utterly pointless. Come to think of it, I don't see how that is like batman at all.

Eeee! Suggestions please! [07 Aug 2005|10:02pm]

So, I'm from Montgomery, and my dearest online friend from Ft. Lauderdale, FL is coming up to NY for the first time to stay with me. Any ideas of anything relatively close and somewhat spectacular in the area for a low budget? My thrilling (and don't mind the sarcasm) idea was taking her to the OCC shop and the small shops around the village of Montgomery, and maybe El Bandido or Yobo. Is it really that lame here? And keep in mind I have no television, no A/C...
Thank you!

Recruting For Peace [03 Aug 2005|10:44pm]

[ mood | chipper ]

I just returned from something rather cool.
It happens to be a group of people, who get together wednesday nights, around 7, at 37 north street to discuss bringing about peace.
Or things closely related :)
Its Non-partisan. you dont have to be a liberal-ass hippie democrat to join. Its only about bringing peace and an end to the war.
Oh and its really cool, did i mention that?
Anyway, if you are interested in going and you want more info you can contact me though a milion ways. All in my info, or just comment. Or you could come :)

whenever I go on a road trip, I like to buy new music so that I can associate it with where I bought it long after. Last time I stopped by middletown, I bought a potishead cd. it kinda sucks. I wish I bought the postal service there or something. I listen to that alot. like a goalie attending the net in the third quarter of a tied game rivalry.

Day of Silence 2005 [12 Apr 2005|09:35pm]

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 13th is the Day of Silence.
The Day of silence is a day in which students participate across the nation. The day is a protest to end the harassment and discrimination faced by people who are gay, lesbian, trangendered, bisexual, and thier allies. During the day, the students who participate (Anyone can do it!) remain silent for the day, as an echo of the silence caused by the harassment, discrimination, and prejudice. It echoes both the silence faced when these problems are brought up, and it echoes the silence of those who feel they can never speak up. I found it and brought it into our school. All over the nation other students have participated, and will participate in many different ways.
If you have any questions you can comment this, e-mail me (scariest1@hotmail.com), or go to the day of silence website.
Anyone can participate. You don't need to be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered. Most of the people I have seen interested in participating are straight. If there is a class where you must participate verbally, the idea is, Be Reasonable. If you must participate, simply remind your teacher that you are participating in the day of silence, and only speak when you need to.
It seems like a really hard thing to do, but last year i found it wasn't so hard. It made me think and reflect a lot more than i had before. This year a lot of kids are participating at MHS. I found this on the web last year, and thats when
Tomorrow I will be in front of the school with many "Speaking Cards" If you do not posess one, and you wish to participate, you can see me, I will be near the tree in the square right in front of the school.
I hope to see some of you tomorrow, and end the silence together!
Thank you,

Ps. As an idea for those who are participating, we had hoped to wear as much white as we could. The idea was then compromised, to include grey or black, but white is more noticeable. Thanks again. :)
